How far in advance should I order my flowers?

For Friday Flowers, orders must be placed by 6pm on Wednesday for Friday collection or delivery. Orders placed after this will roll over to the following week.

For Bloom Buckets, I recommend getting in touch as soon as possible to check availability—especially for peak wedding season (May–September).

For Gift Bouquets, at least 48 hours’ notice is preferred to ensure I can select and condition the best blooms for you.

Can I visit the farm?

Butterwell Blooms isn’t open to the public for visits, but I will be running workshops and events in the future—keep an eye on my Instagram for updates! Collections for Click & Collect orders are made from just inside the farm gate.

How long will my flowers last?

All flowers are cut fresh to order and conditioned properly to give them the best possible vase life. Most bouquets will last 5-7 days, sometimes longer, depending on the variety and how they are cared for.

To help your flowers last longer:

• Keep them in fresh, cool water, changing it every couple of days.

• Trim the stems at an angle before placing them in the vase.

• Keep them out of direct sunlight and away from heat sources like radiators.

Can you provide flowers for funerals or memorials?

Yes, I can create natural, seasonal arrangements for funerals or memorials using only British-grown flowers. Please get in touch to discuss your requirements.

Do you offer dried flowers?

Currently, I don’t sell dried flowers, but I do sometimes have dried elements available for wedding florals in late summer and autumn.

Do you offer workshops?

I occasionally run seasonal flower workshops, covering everything from hand-tied bouquets to DIY wedding florals. Follow along on Instagram or subscribe to my newsletter to hear about upcoming dates.

Do you supply to florists?

Yes! While Butterwell Blooms is a small-scale flower farm, I do offer a selection of seasonal, British-grown flowers for florists. Availability is limited, but I grow a range of interesting, unique stems that can add beautiful finishing touches to your arrangements. If you’re looking for something a little different, I’d love to hear from you—please get in touch to discuss availability.

Can I buy a gift voucher?

Yes! I offer gift vouchers and they are available in my online store. They make a great present for anyone who loves seasonal blooms.

Can I order flowers outside of your listed products?

I primarily sell through my Friday Flowers, Bloom Buckets, and Gift Bouquets, but if you’re looking for something specific, I may be able to help—get in touch to discuss custom orders.
